Boggs A good basic book on philately, not the depth of the Williams brothers Fundamentals of Philately but perhaps the best starter book, one must have the foundations before the fundamentals. pages, cloth, out of print but we have new copies, $ A philatelic maritime book for the advanced collector and one that wants to be one, not targeted for a new collector.
